I miss Dairy Milk chocolate!

Now, I can't deny that the food in Brasil is delicious - Muito delicioso - But, nothing beats the comfort of 'home' food, especially chocolate.

So, what do you do when you live 6000 miles away from your typical corner shop?

You visit The British Corner Shop online, of course!

The British Corner Shop is an online supermarket supplying British treats to anyone and everyone.

The world wide delivery costs are rather reasonable, ranging from around £6 GBP (for a package weighing <1 KG) all the way up to £40 GBP (for a package weighing <20 KG).

They offer everything from food and drink to toiletries and magazines but my favourite section is the 'mini hampers' or 'Brit Kits' - The mini hampers include collections such as 'The British Chippy', 'Tea Break' and 'Roast Chicken Dinner Essentials'.

I have to admit, many of the items available on the website are a little pricey in comparison to what you would usually pay in a standard supermarket. Currently the cheapest hamper on offer is the 'Haribo Sweet and Sour' letterbox kit at a price of £6.49 (GBP) (as shown in the first picture above).

The corner shop also offer British themed gifts such as jigsaws, rubber ducks, tea sets and other branded items - perfect for special occasions.
