Party like it's 1999!

Christmas is officially over - sad times ☹ .

No doubt there is parts from EVERY toy ALL over the floor, chocolate wrappers hidden under the sofa, the Christmas cards have fallen over and you're sat watching yet another repeat of something on TV..

BUT.. The New Year celebrations are simply just a few days away so, to keep us in the festive spirits (no pun intended!), pour yourself a cocktail!

The peach cosmopolitan is super simple as it only requires 3 ingredients. The recipe below will create 1 cocktail.

The Peach Cosmo

1 & 1/2 ounces vodka

3/4 ounce peach schnapps

3/4 ounce cranberry juice

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Add the vodka, peach schnapps and cranberry juice.

Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass.

* 1 ounce = roughly 30ml
